Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Social Security numbers for all applicants
  • Most recent pay stubs (for one month)
  • W-2's for the last two years
  • Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Investment account statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months, if applicable
  • All liability information including credit card account information, auto loan account information
  • If you are self employed, your complete personal and business tax returns for the past two years including all schedules and personal loan account information

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account information
  • Home insurance policy information
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)
